Euan joined AG Barr as the Group's Chief Executive in May 2024.
Prior to joining AG Barr he was Group CEO of Saga plc, having previously been CEO of Superdry plc, The Co-op Group and Group COO of Kingfisher plc.
He has a background in global FMCG brands, including Mars and Coca-Cola, plus eight years on the board of Britvic plc as a non-executive director.
A graduate of Aston Business School, Euan also holds an Honorary Doctorate in Business Management.
Euan has a wealth of consumer goods experience, having led major consumer-facing businesses both in the UK and internationally.
Stuart joined AG Barr in January 2015 as Finance Director.
Prior to joining AG Barr Stuart spent 22 years with Diageo in a range of roles and countries, most latterly as the Finance Director for Diageo's Global Supply Operation.
A qualified Chartered Accountant Stuart has significant FMCG experience in both the alcoholic and soft drinks sectors as well as a strong background in governance and performance management.
Jonathan joined the Company in 2003 as Commercial Director. Previously he had a successful career in various commercial roles within Procter and Gamble.
Karl joined AG Barr as Supply Chain Director in January 2020.
Karl is responsible for the end to end supply chain spanning Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Logistics.
Prior to joining AG Barr, he led the supply chain teams at Highland Spring Group which he joined in 2017 when he relocated to Scotland to be close to family. Before that Karl spent 21 years with Unilever in various leadership roles across their Supply chain in the UK and abroad. His final role in Unilever was as Global Supply Chain Director for their €4Bn Savoury Category.
Karl is an engineering graduate from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
Deborah was appointed Corporate Affairs and Communications Group Director in 2015.
Deborah's early career was spent in HR with the Co-op Funeral Service before joining AG Barr in 1999.
Deborah spent her first 12 years in the HR team, where she became Head of HR and Reward, before transitioning to Programme Manager, establishing a new progamme management office to deliver successful change management projects.
She is now responsible for investor relations, corporate and employee communications as well as public affairs and programme management. Deborah is a graduate of Glasgow University.
Kenny joined the business in December 2010.
Kenny held a number of consulting and senior Technology leadership roles at Cap Gemini, Thomson Travel Group and Miller Group before joining AG Barr.
He is a graduate of Glasgow and Southamption Universities.
Julie was appointed as Group Legal and Risk Director in 2018.
Julie joined AG Barr in 2004 after working as a corporate lawyer for Maclay, Murray & Spens. She was appointed Company Secretary and General Counsel in 2008 and moved to her current role in 2018.
In 2023 she was appointed Non-Executive Director on the AG Barr Board, relinquishing her role as Company Secretary.
Julie is a qualified solicitor and a graduate of Cambridge University and Edinburgh University. She also holds an MBA and is a Non-Executive Director of Scottish Ballet and Gabriel Precision Oncology Ltd.
Paul was appointed Sales Director in 2019 following a career in various sales and leadership roles.
Paul is responsible for the Total UK Sales Team along with the Category, Trade Marketing, and E-Commerce Teams. Paul has had a varied and successful career across multiple Sales and Commercial roles in both FMCG and non-food UK businesses.
Prior to his current appointment, Paul spent 5 years heading up the Barr Soft Drinks Commercial and Customer Marketing Teams
Alison joined the business as HR Director in October 2022.
Alison joined the Bass Leisure graduate programme and worked in a number of hospitality environments before beginning her 10 year career in retail with Marks & Spencer.
In her final role with M&S, she led HR delivery for 350 stores with around 35,000 employees as Head of HR, M&S Ireland and the UK, North.
Alison then moved from Retail to FMCG with a 3 year spell with C&C plc (Tennents) as Head of HR for UK and International, before moving to Financial Services as Head of HR with Virgin Money. In her role at Virgin Money, she provided HR Leadership for all Commercial and Business Banking Divisions.
Alison is a graduate of Strathclyde University.
Lucy joined AG Barr as Marketing Director in 2023.
She is responsible for building our brand portfolio to deliver long term sustainable growth and for Brand Marketing, Insight, Innovation, Trade Marketing and Research & Development team.
Before joining AG Barr, Lucy spent 14 years with Heineken, UK & Globally in various leadership roles across Marketing & Commercial with her final role in Heineken being Marketing Director for EMEA Export & Global Duty Free, a division covering c90 markets. After 5 years in Amsterdam, Lucy returned to Scotland and joined C&C UK as GB Marketing Director for 20 months before moving to AG Barr.
Lucy is a huge sponsor of Diversity & Inclusion and seeks to push a people first agenda within AG Barr and beyond.
Lucy also holds a Non Executive Director role at Cornerstone, a Scottish social care charity providing care and support to people with a variety of needs, including learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
